15/March Motor experiments

15/March Motor experiments

Objectives:
1. Find a method of transmitting the data of the sensor to the computer by wireless network.

2. Find the specification of required motor which is able to provide enough power for the WIG craft.
Quantify and set formula for the force and power.

3. Find a motor which is compatible with the given control system in the WIG
     assumption:
     a. Whether the power of motor is controlled by the PWM, if it is, then find the corresponding wires.
     b. If it is not related to PWM, then find how they control the motor.( Probably analog signal?)

4. If cannot find the motor, or cannot understand the given circuit. Then find a arduino board,
do experiments with the given control system. Test and record all the pin's output,
then use the arduino board input the remote control system's output pin, and write codes to
output corresponding PWM signal to control the new motor.

Experiment Result:

Test data:

We have two chips, one is for receiving the signals from the remote controller. We name it as Chip A.
The other one is to transmit the remote controller signals to motor controlling signals . We call it Chip B.

Chip A output port :4 same removable plastic connectors.
Two are used to control the Elevators, one is used to control the rudder.
The fourth one controls the motor.

Chip B input : Three signals ( orange, red and brown wries)
: Output signals( red , yellow and black)
Experiment Data:
